Emmanuelle MAZUYER is Senior Research at French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). She is a member of the executive board of the Center for critical legal studies (CERCRID) at University of Lyon.

Emmanuelle Mazuyer's research is dedicated to the phenomena of legal labor regulation in a globalized economy and new forms of legal norms and normativity. Emmanuelle Mazuyer's works join the more specific frame of the European Union Law, the comparative law, the labor law and the sources of the law in particular through practices of social corporate responsibility.

Emmanuelle Mazuyer managed several works and published numerous papers in French and foreign law reviews (see more publications). Emmanuelle Mazuyer followed studies in labor law, ethical and medical law, comparative law and European law (Lyon 3 University and Lyon 2 University). She then had a Doctorate in legal sciences at Florence's European University Institute (The legal treatment of labor standards in economic integrations -NAFTA and European Union, 2002) and an authorization to manage researches (HDR) (Lyon 2 University - 2011). She was also visiting scholar at the Law School at Columbia University. She joined the CNRS as researcher 2004 and became a senior researcher in 2013. She teaches the European labor law and manages a seminar on CSR (Lyon 2 University, Lyon 3 University, IEP (INSTITUTE OF POLITICAL STUDIES) of Lyon). She managed several collective researches both at French and European level.

She held the premium of excellence of the CNRS (2011-2015) and she holds the premium of doctoral supervision of the CNRS (2016-2019). She was ordered Knight in the Order of the Academic Palms (2016). See more at: personal presentation.
